Simple Invoice PDF is built to be private by design. The app works entirely on your device: it requires no account, has no cloud sync, and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Everything you enter in the app — invoices, receipts, estimates, client details, your business profile, and your logo — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, receive, or have access to any of this information. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
When you export or share a PDF, it goes directly from your device to the destination you choose (email, messages, print, Files, etc.). We are not involved in this transfer and never see your documents.
The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles the payment and provides us no personally identifiable information about you. The app checks your purchase status locally through Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock Pro features. Purchase information is not linked to your identity by us and is used only to provide the functionality you bought. Apple's handling of your payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app is a business utility and is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no data, no personal information from children is collected.
