By downloading or using Simple Invoice PDF (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App lets you create invoices, receipts, and estimates as PDF documents on your device. All documents are created and stored locally.
You are solely responsible for the content of documents you create, including the accuracy of amounts, taxes, business details, and compliance with laws applicable to your business or jurisdiction. The App is a formatting tool; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and generated documents may need to be adapted to local invoicing requirements.
The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks features such as watermark removal, logo on documents, premium templates, and multi-currency. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases can be restored on devices signed into the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases". Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
The App stores your data locally on your device and does not back it up anywhere. You are responsible for device backups (e.g., iCloud or local device backup). Deleting the App deletes its data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
